Robert E. Nickerson, President
Since 1971, Bob has been active in real estate brokerage, syndication, development, and management. Before forming Stone Tower Properties in 1987, he founded in 1971, and was for ten years, president of Kates Properties of Providence. He was also a senior vice president of real estate acquisitions for Mutual Benefit Financial Service Company of Providence and Newark, New Jersey.

A familiar figure with a number of real estate associations, Bob is a founding member and on the boards of the Downtown Providence Improvement Association, and the Ocean State Business Development Authority. He is past president and a member of the Building Owners' and Managers' Association, and a past board member of both The Commercial and Appraisal Board and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.

Bob is a Brown University Graduate with a degree in Psychology. He then attended Navy OCS School and spent three years with the amphibious Navy in the Viet Nam Arena. He was honorably discharged in 1967 as a Lieutenant. Bob has two children and resides in Portsmouth with his wife, Stephanie.

Jack Braverman
Jack Braverman has been active as a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985. Prior to his current role as Partner /Owner of Stone Tower Properties; Jack was one of the Brokers in the early development of the Jewelery District with his association with Rob Freeman at Marathon Property Development. Years later, Jack established further expertise in Downtown Providence while associated with Metro Properties. Prior to His Real Estate Career, Jack owned successful National Franchises on Thayer Street. His background in small business ownership has enabled Jack to better represent Tenants as well as Landlords in the negotiating of leases. Jack has and continues to achieve great success in real estate investment sales. With His background in property ownership Jack understands property management and the value to real estate asset growth that proper management delivers to Owners.

Brian Batting
Brian joined Stone Tower Properties as an associate broker in 2006. He brings a diversified business background to the firm having worked in the financial services industry, healthcare and healthcare/technology sectors. Prior to working at Stone Tower Properties, Brian spent twelve years as a sales executive in the healthcare arena, most recently with Lawson Software, a business application software company based in St. Paul, MN. Prior to that, he served as an account executive with Roche Diagnostics Corporation working in the hospital division of their diabetes care testing group. His background also includes time in the financial services industry working at State Street Bank and Trust Co. in Quincy, Massachusetts, where he served in various roles doing custodial banking for a mutual fund company. During his tenure at Stone Tower, he has been involved in a wide range of commercial sales and leasing transactions. Recent clients include Conway Construction, AT&T and Big Fitness equipment. He currently is a member of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and the Capital City Chapter of Business Networking International. Brian graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business administration. He currently resides in Barrington, RI with his wife and son.
